Getting started
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse shops, listings and city news right away. Sign in when you want to post, chat or save items.
How can I sign in?
With Google or LINE. On iPhone you can also use Apple. No passwords.
Is the app free?
Yes. It's free to download and use.
Is the app in English?
The app is in Thai. Shop names, menus and listings are written by local people, mostly in Thai.
Posts and listings
How do I sell, give something away or post city news?
Tap the + button in the middle of the bottom bar, choose what to post, add photos and details, then post.
How long do listings stay up?
Items for sale, vehicles, rentals and jobs stay up for 30 days. Free giveaways stay up for 7 days. The app reminds you before a listing expires and you can renew it in one tap. Shop pages and shop posts never expire.
How do I edit or delete my post?
Open your post or listing and choose edit or delete. You can always edit or delete anything you posted.
I sold my item. What now?
Mark the listing as sold and choose the buyer from your chats. The buyer can then leave stars and feedback, which helps others trust you next time.
Chat and safety
Do I have to share my phone number?
No. Chat in the app. Sharing your number is always your own choice.
I found an inappropriate post or user. What should I do?
Report it from the post, profile or chat, or tap “Contact the team”. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block anyone you don't want to hear from.
How do I trade safely?
Read Safe Trading. The short version: never transfer money before you see the item.
Your account
Can I hide my profile?
Yes. On the Me tab, turn on “Hide profile”. Others will only see your name and main photo.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Me → Settings (⚙) → Delete account. More details: Delete your account.
